Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vdora.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Verdora, based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email; we may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example where a product is out of stock or mispriced, in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment taken.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept payment via the methods offered at checkout; payment is taken at the time of order.

3. Delivery

We currently ship to UK addresses only. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates and costs.

4. Your right to cancel, return and refund

As a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a 14-day right to cancel most online orders. 5. Product information

We try to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible, but colours and materials can vary slightly from screen to screen. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory right for goods to match their description.

6. Your account

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

8. Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation and benefit from any mandatory protections under the law of that nation.
