Are Verdora products plastic-free?

We keep plastic to a minimum wherever a product can genuinely work without it. Where a plastic component is used (for example, a bottle body or a clip), it's stated clearly on the product page — nothing is hidden. Full material details are listed on each product.

Do you ship across the UK?

Yes — UK-wide delivery is standard on every order, with EU and international shipping also available. Delivery estimates and any customs information for your destination are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

How long will delivery take?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, with EU and international orders taking 7–14 business days. Exact estimates are provided at checkout based on your location.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees set by your local government. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout total unless stated otherwise.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page. For hygiene reasons, water bowls and bottles that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

How should I care for my products?

Care instructions vary by product and are listed on each product page — for example, the water bowl and bottle are hand-wash friendly, while the organiser pouch can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth. Following these keeps products performing well for longer.
