How to return an item

- We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions
- Post the item back using the address provided
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item; it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos where possible, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
